loss of media library and unable to copy to library

could anybody please help me restore my library and get
my windows media player working correctly again, i have
tried restoring my computer to an earlier date to no
effect, i can play one track at a time by accesing
thefiles in my documents but can not play a full album
and half my library is still unknown, also my player
refuses to copy any more music to my library. any help
would be much appreciated, thanks, mat.
