Loss of "All programmes" icon.

I seem to have lost the "All programmes" icon from my
desk top. I have also lost the associated icons that
appeared above "All Programmes" Are you able to help me
please. I would be grateful if you could, and post me the
reason and how to get them back. My e-mail is
