Hi, sorry I had to repost my problem.. I don't see the original post. Woke
up this morning and have lost 2 hours in the middle of the night, and my
computer was still on..I tried to sync with windows time.. and it gave an
error that it timed out.. appreciate any help with this... Before I replaced
the battery I installed a clock sync program.. but have uninstalled
it..thanks, Rainy . ps, I just took off my firewall and was able to connect
with windows time
I wonder why my firewall is stopping this..

To find an original post when you don't remember the subject line or the
date but DO remember the 'From' line (you, in this case)

Outlook Express -> View -> Current View -> uncheck 'group conversations'
THEN
Click on 'From' in the category line just above the list of messages; this
will sort, in alphabetical order, the messages based on 'From' for each
message.

In this case, look for 'Rainy'.

The results; your original post on this topic had the subject line
'Losing Time'
and was posted 7/18/2007.

Go back to Outlook Express -> View -> Current View -> check 'group
conversations'
THEN
Click on 'Sent' in the category line just above the list of messages; this
will sort the messages in chronological order (each time you click on a
category in the category line just above the list of messages, the sort
order for that category will invert.

I suggest you repost this follow-up in the original thread.

If you do not find your original thread, then you should change settings in
Outlook Express -> Tools -> Options -> Maintenance
THEN
make sure that, under 'Clean Up Messages' 'Compacting Messages', that the
'Delete read message bodies' box and the 'Delete news messages' box are
UNCHECKED.

I'll check for your follow-up in the original thread.
