Losing Label Format

Used Wizard Labels to generate Avery label 3 Columns
10 Rows,.

On second attempt to generate labels, lose 3 X 10 format,
replaced witn a 1 X 10 format.

Tried & retried many times over, but end up with same
problem.

Please advise.

Check the thread about 4th previous "Losing setting for landscape" from a
couple hours earlier.
