Lose Temporary Internet Files

When I shutdown the computer in wrong way ( lose the
electric ) the Temporary Internet Files lost. How to
resolve it ?

going by what you said,those file are put in your hard
drive so shutting the power should not delete them.
but there is a setting that can delete those file when
you close your ie6, check your internet options, on
advanced tab make sure that ie delete when close is not
check.also check your temp memory amount.
last run a disk scan and a error scan to make sure you do
not have a bad area on disk.
