Lose connectivity to network and these errors show in the error log.

I have searched around many places to find these errors and no one
seems to have ever had it. Any help would be appreciated.
The error log states that the source is NSSDK.SnmpValidatorLgcy.1.
The error is: Operation timed out when pinging IP 192.168.1.238.
(0x82150737).
or IP 192.168.1.238 cannot be reached on the network. (0x8215110b).
And Device 192.168.1.238 is not valid according to this validator.
(0x8215070e).
This error also appears with the IP address 192.168.1.237.
192.168.1.237 is the IP address of a Sharp MFP. and 192.168.1.238 is
absolutely nothing.
This error however, is what seems to be causing the network trouble
throughout the office. and this is the only PC that gets that error.
This computer can no longer communicate with any server apps or the
server itself. While other PCs can still connect to the server, but it
screws up the main application that is being used.
Again, any help would be appreciated.
