I'm using Outlook 2003, and have no idea where some of the journal entries
(phone calls) I created within contacts went. Example, have contact for
company A1A in Outlook, each phone call I placed to them, I created a new
journal entry, entered my notes and saved them. In the activities tab, new
entry appears. This process is repeated several times, with each new jounal
entry showing up. HOWEVER, for whatever strange reason, next time I went
into contact for company A1A, some of these phone call entries have
disappeared, where did they go?
This problem happened to me years ago when using Outlook 97 and stopped
using Journal entries because I was looking lots of entries. Very recently I
decided to give journal entries another try to better manage my activity.
Again, where did these previous saved phone call entries go? Very
frustrating!!!
