loosing mapped drives

I am getting this error from Virtual PC running on a
Macintosh G4. The Virtual PC OS in Win 2K Pro. I get the
error when one or more mapped drives get disconected.
Thanks in advance.

ct_cmd_alloc(): use api layer: external error: The
connection has been marked dead
 
Correction. That is not the error. Completely different
issue.
The actual error is the Windows Virtual PC is losing
mapped drives at least three times a week. Again thanks in
advance.
