Would love to be able to download this... any help would be appreciated...

You can find the KB article by searching Microsoft.com for this. To actually
get the files, you need to contact Microsoft support.
 
Then I suggest you do that. This is a hotfix and all hotfixes are free. You call one of Microsoft's 1-800 numbers and
you ask for the Hotfix by KB article which I could have told you only you didn't do as I asked.
