Looking for suggestions on video capture devices.

Want to get a video caoture device to suck in the composite video from
a camcorder. I have WinXP pro, USB 2 ports, P4 @ 3Ghz, 1GB RAM, 8X
AGP. I could go with a USB device, or maybe a card like Win TV.
