Looking for remote dbms for .net (MDB) databases

Is there an easy piece of software to edit the database simiklar to access
but then remote?
 
There are web tools to access SQL Server, etc. Are you asking if there is a
single tool that covers all RDBMSes you know of via remote? I am not sure
such a beast exists, but it is possible if it uses a standard protocol, like
ODBC>
