Looking for location of file from "right click & copy"

I had a huge html document I "copied" from right clicking with my mouse. I
had to clear cache, temp internet , and cookies to resolve a different
problem. I then rebooted. Isn't there somewhere that file could be still??
Like in a temp folder somewhere?

I have WinXP sp2. Any suggestions at all????

when you right click and copy it goes to memory or clipboard ,
reboot clears the memory & clipboard.
 
The clipboard content is in the memory, and would have been erased as you've
rebooted the system.
