looking for alternative to admin password

I am looking for some alternative to the admin password to enable user's to
change their passwords when forgotten or when they have locked their
profiles. My problem is we have around 150 remote sales users and they are
constantly forgetting or locking themselves out of their computer accounts.
They are running WinXP sp2 or Win2k sp4. We have them set up now to wait
30minutes till the account is unlocked when locked. But if they forget their
passwords they currently have to ship their laptops back to us to change the
password. Is there a way to setup a service account or a limited admin
account for just the purpose of resetting passwords or unlocking profiles?

Can't you have them create a password reset disk? Check Help and Support
for "password reset".
