I am looking for a Quantum Fireball 1.2S SCSI Hard Disk. Is there any
available?

I'm finding that designation associated with a 1281 MB drive manufactured in
1996-7, is that about right? Sounds like you're trying to replace one from a
striped set? Otherwise, if you're looking to replace a single drive, you
should probably be looking to replace it with something larger.

I have a box of used SCSI drives here. The situation is: (1) I don't own
them, but the owner would sell them really cheap; (2) None of them are the
exact one you asked about; they run from 2.0 to 4.3 GB and are mostly IBM or
Compaq by Seagate; (3) there are several different connectors on these
drives; they came from old servers in sets of three to five, and it seems
each set is different; (4) they appear to be of excellent quality and in
good condition, but being in servers, have probably seen a lot of use.

So explain your situation in more detail, including the cable end type and
the reason for trying to exactly match that model, and I'll see if my box
contains something close enough for government work. This is not intended
to be an advertisement, just trying to connect a resource with a need.
