I am considering moving a machine to Windows 2000.
I am looking for a program that will search my system and
match my hardware with the w2k HCL.
Any suggestions.

A print out of you system configuration and a pencil?

Then you use your eyes to look at the hcl to see what you
have. Plus you're going to need new drivers.

The /checkupgradeonly tool can be used to examine the computer and list known
software and hardware issues. This can help you decide whether or not to upgrade the
