I'm looking for a few good beta testers for this product before it's
released to the public. Your copy will be free. Pricing to the public is to
be determined. Please send email to ZZDoesItAThotpop.com.

Do you support a number of different Access applications? Do your
development off-line and install it in the production environment after
testing? Use a Microsoft Jet backend? If so, you need ZZ DoesIt!! for
Access!

You get:

- One-click access to up to 30 databases

- A side-by-side view of all the Jet tables in your selected development and
production back end databases

- Automatic comparison of the table structures of those databases. Tables
which have a difference in fields, indexes or field properties (Type, Size,
DefaultValue, Required, AllowZeroLength) will be flagged as Install: C
(Change). Tables in the From database which don't exist in the To database
will be flagged A (Add), Tables which exist in the To database but not the
From database will be flagged D (Delete).

- A view of exactly what has changed: fields, indexes, properties for each
table and field

- Install files created which will install the table changes into the
production database or databases, with the ability to override the changes ZZ
found

- And you can now copy ZZ DoesIt!! (a small mde file) to your production
location and install the table changes there with a single click. No need to
copy the development database, or any other files. No need to manually
change table or field defs, or install new or delete tables manually.

You can also use ZZ to create a dataless copy of all the tables in a
backend, or a copy with only data from selected tables.

You can also record comments about the Install for future reference, and
review Install history. (What did you install when, and where?)

You can also copy, backup or compact/repair (using Microsoft's JetComp
utility) right from within ZZ with a couple of clicks.

Kevin Witty (who developed a similar product for developers using the DOS
database DataEase: ZZ DoesIt!! for DataEase. That product sold worldwide,
and is still in use after lo these many years)

I think we can officially label you a spammer, now.

Would you please stop multiposting. I'm getting tired of reading your
advertising posts.

You supposedly agreed in another NG that you would stop your Advertising
but a day later here you are back at it again.

I have nothing against you seeking BETA testers for your new product. A
single notice, not an Ad, crossposted to the relevant NGs would not have
bothered me in the least.

I'm really sorry... I posted this on accessmonster.com, not realizing it
would post to the MS forum. I put the description in so people would realize
what they would be beta testing. In no way am I attempting to spam anyone.

I'm open to any suggestions as to how to get some beta testers without
offending anyone further.

First suggestion: Use your newsreader -- Outlook Express is a free one, and
there are other free ones. If your ISP doesn't include a news server, there
are some that are free, and many that aren't very expensive. That way _you_
control where your posts go.

On the other hand, if that was just an excuse, you'd lose your excuse. And,
advertising is just as much, or more, frowned-on in the USENET newsgroup,
comp.databases.ms-access, as it is here. To verify that, go read the FAQ at
http://www.mvps.org/access/netiquette.htm.

Kevin, I would find it hard to work up much interest in a product from
someone who didn't appear able to post his own messages.
