Loocking for a frindly name for processor's

I need to find the friendly name for processor type. I got
a list of processor's name, but the meaning doesn't help.
(this is just a part of my list)
Processor type
x86 Family 5 Model 4 Stepping 3
x86 Family 6 Model 7 Stepping 3
x86 Family 6 Model 8 Stepping 10
x86 Family 15 Model 1 Stepping 2
x86 Family 15 Model 2 Stepping 4

I found a table, but it's not complete.
Processor type Processor name
x86 Family 6 Model 1 Intel Pentium Pro
x86 Family 6 Model 3 Intel Pentium II
x86 Family 6 Model 5 Intel Pentium II
x86 Family 6 Model 5 Intel Celeron
x86 Family 6 Model 6 Intel Celeron

Any ideas?
