Long tables truncated when printed (IE6)

I have written an ASP.NET application that uses an Infragistics
WebGrid control (which basically renders to a table in the browser).
The grid displays fine on-screen, but if I do a print (or a print
preview) the first page of the printout is blank, the second page is
full with as much of the grid as it can display, and the third page
has nothing on it. In other words, the table is truncated.

I'm using IE6 with the latest SPs, patches etc etc etc. I get the same
problem on IE5, 5.1, 5.5, and on Windows 98/NT/2K/XP

I'm not an HTML expert - has anyone got any ideas about what I can do
to get this to work.

Cheers

Print or Preview May Generate Blank First Page
When you print or preview a Web page, the first page may be blank. The
following pages do not contain the page header or footer.

Text truncated on the right is often an issue.
If you have your border printer properties at the lowest and are using the
smallest text size on your I. E. the only other option is to print in
Landscape.
