Long delay before text insertion

When I type information in a form in Internet Explorer,
there is a long delay or hesitation before the insertion
point appears in a text box and the text that you type is
displayed. I have NT 4.0

Hi,
This is another that has worked for me.This has to do with user
style sheet in internet explorer.
It seem like any file like files with extensions other than .css can
be referred in the user style sheet in internet explorer. which may
cause problems.
