My desktop computer takes more than 5 minutes until
prompting up the log-in screen. I've tried to stop the
Network card and did upgrade patches. But never improves.

The boot log is like below... I couldn't find any
solution... Any body knows this issue???

Just for a test, uninstall the network card driver and remove
the card from your system. If the problem goes away then get
a different network card.
