Logs out of the system when Idle?

My computer just recently started to log out of the user when it idles. It takes probably about 5 minutes of idling and then when I come back, it's at the blue screen telling me I need to login to the user. This cancels out any program that was currently running therefore closing my buddy list and the like. :-(
Also, I'm the only user on this computer; there are no other users.
Anyone know what caused this and how I can fix it
