We want our employees to use our logo in their signature. Is their an easy
way to set this up besides copy and paste into their individual signatures?

Do you have any login script running in you compagny, if so
you can make a script automatacaly implemting it or mabye have your IT
deparment or it supplier make it for you

It is not easy to do this if you have all kind og different outlook versions..
but possible...
