Logos missing from Help and Support window

I have a new Lenovo ThinkPad with factory-installed Vista Business.

The Windows Help and Support window used to have 2 pics: a Lenovo .ogo, and
a Windows Help online logo. A couple of days ago I upgraded from Office 2000
to Office 2007 Trial version, and now the 2 logos aren't there, only
placeholders. The source code says these come from "mshelp://..." as
follows:
<DIV class="contentContainer"><IMG class="embedObject"
src="mshelp://oem/?id=ThinkBanner.png" alt="Lenovo logo."><div
class="caption"></div>
and
<p class="para"><IMG class="embedObject"
src="mshelp://windows/?id=2d5f67b3-e944-4eca-8e3c-c93e16f883a8" alt=" Windows
Help online">

I can't find the "mshelp://..." etc. anywhere on my machine. How can I get
these images back please?

Dear Mac,
Thanks for your response.
Alas, Lenovo/IBM in Australia support hardware only, and Microsoft won't
support the OS because it's OEM-installed, so the only way to solve these
problems is through these communities.

IBM have customized your Vista Help & Support. You'll need to contact
them...

Not quite true - who did you buy the machine from? It is their
responsibility to give you Vista support, including an explanation of how
they set up the customized version of your Help and Support. Of course you
are welcome to keep asking questions here but I suspect you will get little
more help on this topic.

Good luck...
