I recently used a program called Tweak XP to change
registry settings to customize my computer. Ive noticed
since doing this that whenever my screen goes into
powersaver mode after it reactivates(wakes up) I have to
select the user icon again (mine vs. my wifes). I have
gone into power settings in Control Panel and and changed
theses settings to no avail.

Hi Dan,

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Screen Saver and uncheck On resume,
display Welcome Screen.
