logon procedure

For the past four months, since I've begun using Windows
XP, all I did was turn on the machine and Windows would
load and I would see my desktop. Now, all of the sudden,
I'm asked to logon at a logon screen that didn't used to
be there. I don't need the logon screen since no one else
uses my computer. When I looked to see how to change
preferences so that boot up would bypass this step I
couldn't find a way to do so.

Any advise? Thanks

See "How to Enable Automatic Logon in Windows"

hi
if you want to get rid of the log on screen, go to start
and control panel. click on USERS ACCOUT and click on
TURN OFF GUEST ACCOUNT. then you wont get the logon
screen again
if you get your problem solved please email me at
(e-mail address removed)
bye
