Logon problem to Windows 2000 Server from Windows 98

I just set up a Windows 2000 server with a workgroup name
of "yoest" to share files on a home network. I did not
initially set an administrator password. When I try to
access the server from a Windows 98 workstation, I get a
blue dialog box that asks for a password. It says "you
must supply a password to make this connection:
Resource: \\YOESTSERVER\IPC$
Password:
I never set up a password but it insists on having one
entered.

Please help.

Hello
You need to have a account with a same username and password on both the
machines.
Create a account on W2K machine with a username and a password and log on to
windows 98 machine with that username and password.
Make sure that you log on to "Client for Microsoft Networks"
