Logon issue

Hello,
One of Windows 2000 Professional SP4 workstation has
problem and except a person who use the workstation, no
body can log on even the people who are local admin group
or Domain admin. While login we get following message and
return back to CTL+ALT+Del Window.
Any help appreciated.


Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you
on with the default profile for the system.

DETAIL - Access is denied.

Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a
roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact
your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

Log in as the person that can login and check the permissions to the
documents and setting directory, the root of the drive and the windows and
system32 directories
