Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this c

I keep getting this message on my local machine when I try
to connect to server.
\\Ats-atm-server1 is not accessible.

Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested
logon type at this computer.

This just popped up out of the blue in the middle of the
day and cannot connect since.

Thanks
