logon error messag

ITS

when a user tries to log on to a local workstation they
get the following error message "Your account is
configured to prevent you from using this computer".

This is a standalone workstation. I am not running
terminal services and I am not trying to log into a
server. Even if I create a new account I get the same
message when trying to log on.

Help!!!! I don't want to have to reload the system........
