logo in signature becomes wallpaper

Has anyone seen a logo in a signature file become the wallpaper of an
email. Strange but true - it has happened twice to one individual
using Outlook 2003. Exchange 2003 sp2.

it can happen if the logo is not inserted in a table or the html code for
the table is messed up.
