My MX700 wireless mouse regularly hangs after Windows XP
Professional login. I've gone on the Logitech board and
they have no solution. The Mouse is part of the MX-Duo
keyboard mouse comgination. I have all the latest
drivers. In fact, the problem started after a multipart
Windows XP update from Microsoft. Does anyone know what
could be the problem?

Try to uninstall the logitech drivers. The mouse should work with the
standard drivers from MS that are part of XP.

Thank you. I will try that.

I am currently experiencing the same issue (Logitech Wireless Combo,
keyboard + mx700 mouse; XP Home on a Dell 8300). This problem only
arose for me after a recent Windows Update as well. At startup, the
mouse is recognized so I can move it in order to login, but after
login it freezes and trying to re-connect to the docking station fails
as well.

Please re-post if you find anything to fix this issue.
