I want! :D

Been a big fan of the G5 and had it for ages and it shows as its looking a little worn. lol

I've been looking for a new mouse for a while now. This would be perfect.

I'll be buying one. :thumb:

The first link tells me it's suffering from 'technical difficulties' lol

When my pair of G5's die, I may consider this upstart.

I have tried a lot of meece.

Have been mostly disappointed but the only mice ever to deliver for gaming for me have been Logitech.

Had a Razer Copperhead a good few years back when I built this computer, looked great but incredibly hard to use.

It died, replaced it with an MX518 and haven't looked back. Didn't want to blow a whole heap of money on a G5 so I went for its baby brother, and its a cracker. Feels great in your hand too.

What advantages does the G500 have over the G5?

Oh, the links working now flops. :)

I agree though, I've tried a good few mice, Even the £100 Razer Mamba, all of which i was unimpressed with. Still love Logitech. The G7, G5, MX518 are all good. Not tried the G9 but a clan mate has one and says it is good too.

More buttons, higher DPI etc. :)

Haha.

I reckon you probably wouldn't notice

Some people would notice.

Some people wouldn't notice.

I'm one of those people, running around in CoD4 & CoD5, who do notice ;)

If there's one thing I've learnt in the last ten years or so, when it comes to online fps gaming, a good mouse is everything.

As is a good mouse mat.

This.

I'd notice it straight away.

I cant stress how important it is to have a good mouse and mat, and play with the lowest sensitivity you can. :)
