Loging in as administrator

We have a non-domain server network and want to restrict
user rights on each Windows XP Pro PC. I still want to be
able to log in as administrator to add software and such,
but do not know how to get the administrator login to show
except by going into safe mode. Is there a way to have
the administrator user show as a normal user when login
prompt appears?

Here is a registry edit to make the administrator appear on the welcome
screen

You can also press and hold Alt + Ctrl and tap del twice and tye in
Administrator and his/her password
