Login to domain

A machine with Windows 2000 server, join to domain.
Domain user in AD are able to login to the machine.
Can i deny a domain user to login to this machine ONLY?

Select the user in AD. Select the Account tab, click the Log On To button
and you can control which machines a user can logon to.
