Hi

Beeing the Administrator of a w2k domain network I find it sometimes
nessesary to login to a clients user account fixing problems they might have
with that specific profile. How can I do that without changing their
accounts password since I don't know it in the first place?

John

You cannot log on as a user unless you use the users password or reset it.
If you are using XP you could have the user logon and then have you use
remote assistance to make the changes that you need to make.
