login option from index page

I am looking to allow a few people to save files on my FTP server.

I have made a simple html page and at present they login by my FTP details,
this unfortunately allows them to see everything in the site including
changing the homepage to whatever they want.

What im looking for is a homepage that has nothing on it except for a login
and password box, i can then allocate out the usernames and password so they
can only look in their folder and not see the root folder.

Can anyone help?
