Hello we have a computer that is setup on a network and each employee has to
hit control alt del. To log in with a user name and password to access the
computer. One of them is listed in the user accounts section; he was setup as
an administrator so I changed him to a user account for now. When I try to
remove him from the list is says he will not be able to use this computer if
removed. Is that true? And if it is why are not the other six people listed
in the user accounts. And the can still make changes to and save excel
document that I have setup for them in their own folders. Thank you in
