Login Failiure

Guys: I am trying to login in to a Win 2k machine but for
some reason it won't accept my username/password. I have
tried all different combinations without success.

The one interesting thing is that on the login screen I
do not see a domain choice. The machine is on a network
and the only option I see is for connection through Dial-
Up.

Our system admin was trying to hook this machine up to a
new domain. I tried using the username/password that he
used and got the same problem.

Questions/Thoughts?
 
The machine is no longer in a domain if there are no domain options. (You
did click the "options" button, right? I assume you must if you're seeing
the dial-up option.) You'll have to log in as a local user, administrator
for example. No domain accounts will work since the computer is not in a
domain. Your system admin should be fired. :P
