Login denied

I have a Dell laptop running Win2K OS, which logs onto a
PDC Win2K server running AD. When logging onto the laptop
to the domain i get this error message '''the system
cannot log you onto the domain because the systems
computer account in its primary domain is missing''. The
messge is intermittent,when I pull the network cable it
sometimes logs on. Any answers guys.. respond directly
through the email address

try disjoining the computer from the domain, then rejoining it to the domain
to have the domain computer account recreated.

I have done the answer that you provided, but on other
machines the error disappears but when the user logs on
the following day the error returns.
