Logging program

I am looking for a program to log a user on my network. I need to log everything from what he access to changes made ....everything. Ready to pay big bucks! Any ideas

You can probably get a lot of what you need through auditing:

.... then, once you setup yor audit policy properly, monitor your logs with
ElUnDump. See http://www.altairtech.ca/elundump/ - a freeware that can be
used to schedule reports for your event logs.
