Logging processing specific rules

Is there a way to create a log (preferably just a text file on my C: drive
somewhere) of specific rules as they run?

I have a "spam" rule to filter out junk mail. Specifically, I've got a list
of a bunch of terms that, if in the subject or body, the e-mail gets moved
to a Spam folder.

Unfortunately, lately a few non-spam e-mails have been winding up in my Spam
folder, and I cannot figure out which term(s) are tripping the filter.

It would be nice if I could get a log that would say (for example):

Mail received from (e-mail address removed) with subject: Hi there was moved to
the Spam folder because the subject or body contained the word "Spam".

Is there any logging like this in Outlook (XP/2002)? Or is there a way to
accomplish this?

I'm failing to understand how this will do what I need.

Let me clarify a little with an example.

I have a filter in Outlook called Spam that will move the e-mail to a
specific folder (in this case, one called Spam), if the subject or body
contains any of certain words. For example, words such as "free",
"mortgage", "vicodin".

If those three are the only words it looks for (in reality my list is QUITE
long), I want to be able to log why an e-mail was moved to Spam - whether it
contains the word "free", or "mortgage", or "vicodin".

Sure, with a list of 3, it's easy to figure out manually. But with a list of
dozens, if not hundreds, of words, it gets considerably more difficult.

Essentially, my spam filter is now filtering legitimate (non-spam) e-mails,
and I'd like to know which spam filter words to eliminate from my filter.

Thanks!

Outlook can't do what you want with a rule.
