The box that comes up where you normally insert your
password comes up with "guest" pre-entered. I have tried
erasing "guest" and writng-in "administrator", logging off
as guest, turning system off/on. I have double checked the
spelling and the case all to no avail. I am not sure what
you mean re the alternative administrator question. As far
as I know I don't have one (Do I?).
