Logging on

Help,

We have this computer at work and the person that left
did not leave us his user name or password. Every time
someone tries to log on it say the system could not log
you on. Make sure your Uswer mand and domain are correct,
then type your password again. ...

IT will not let us just push enter. Any ideas
