Logging on Windows XP

when starting one of my computers and opening Windows I am
asked to pick a user account but there are none to pick
from, so I can't start Windows.

At the welcome screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice and you'll get the W2K-style
log in box here you can type in your username and password.
