logging on to windows xp

Originally i did not have to selct myself as the user to
have xp boot up. Now I must choose between my name or the
admistrator to start windows. I'd like to get rid of this
step.

Start | Run "control userpasswords2" (no quotes) and click OK. Uncheck the
box that says "Users must enter a user name and password" Apply and follow
the prompts
