Logging on to hotmail

The web page starts to load and then snaps onto a blank page saying "DONE".
Ater two or three seconds it start again to load the log-inpage and it then
snaps back to"DONE" on a blank page. It repeats this for ever, never getting
to the log-in page. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
