Logging on multiple users

Hey there, just came across a problem in the last couple of days. We have
more than one user acount set up. When one person is logged on we cant switch
users and be able to have a second logged on at the same time. When I try to
log on another user the screen just freezes with that users name on it. But I
can log on either user seperatly but they cant be logged on at the same time.

Any suggestions?

If I understand you correctly, click on Start >Control Panel > User Accounts
Change the Way Users Log On or Off > Tick Use Fast User Switching >Click
Apply Options.

If the info from Terry R doesn't help/cure it, start looking at what is
running in the background of the first user. Some anti-virus an other
applications will stop the second profile from completing the login
because they try to start again but they are already running. Reviewing
what happened to the PC just before this started for more insight.
