logging on is very slow

When I log on every thing comes up, yet I cant do any thing exept move the
mouse. If i do select somthing it simply goes to the hourglass and that
program comes up in about fifteen minutes.
If anyone can help me it would be greatly apreciated.

Thiers a hotfix for that if SP2 is installed,its either 887186 or885835
Either way,you'll need to contact microsoft for the fix to be e-mailed to
you...
