Logging off takes a long time

On 1/31/2005 10:33 AM On a whim, Avionate pounded out on the keyboard
Any way to speed up the log off process? taking like 3 minutes.

Programs running in the background (antivirus, etc) can take a while to
stop running. Also a lot of network shares can slow down the disconnect
time.

Try shutting down everything you can prior to a log off and see if the
time is reduced. If so, you may just have too many programs or services
running.
