Logging off takes a long time

Any way to speed up the log off process? taking like 3 minutes.

Any way to speed up the log off process? taking like 3 minutes.

Programs running in the background (antivirus, etc) can take a while to
stop running. Also a lot of network shares can slow down the disconnect
time.

Try shutting down everything you can prior to a log off and see if the
time is reduced. If so, you may just have too many programs or services
running.

disclaimer closely.

Windows may not be able to unload your registry. Install UPHClean:

There may be having profile unload problems if you experience slow
logoff.UPHClean is a service that once and for all gets rid of problems
with user profile not unloading.
