Logging into a domain with XP pro

I've got a new computer (well old computer but new to this network). I'm
looking to set it up on our network. Most computers require you to login via
the company domain, and it uses the Active Directory on our Exchange Server
to verify you. I'd like to set up this computer to require you to hit
Ctrl+Alt+Delete, then login via the domain. How would I set the computer up
to do that if I'm running Windows XP Professional?

Join it to the domain (need domain admin credentials to do)

Control Panel, network connections, Advanced (on the toolbar), network
identification; click change button.

Another way to join a domain is to Right click on My Computer and choost
Properties. Then choose the Computer Name tab, near the bottom of hte window
there is the sentance "To rename this computer or join a domain, click
Change" So click the Change button and there you can check the radio button
to be domain and write in the domain name that you want to connect to. But
yes you will need admin rights on the domain to add the computer to the
domain.

Hope this helps.

Have the domain administrator create an account for the computer, and
then add it to the domain.

Good lord, I honestly hope you aren't using the Exchange Server as the
Domain Controller. An Exchange server has enough work to do without
acting as a Domain Controller as well.

I do hope you are kidding on that.
